Meet the Scholars
Upon completing the program, many Barbara Jordan Health Policy Scholars have gone on to complete graduate degrees in health-related fields, including public health, public policy, health policy, and medicine. Others have accepted jobs at agencies and organizations working in the field of health policy.
For many Scholars, participating in the program has made a lasting impression. Below are a few reflections on what past participants have learned from the summer experience, as well as how the Barbara Jordan Health Policy Scholars Program has influenced their future academic and career plans.
